It hardly seems possible that our baby has had yet another birthday. Yes, Hudson turned 4 years old on the 26th of July. I am having a hard time grasping that our baby is 4! We had a fantastic evening together at the Circus Smirkus (
http://www.smirkus.org/) and then came home to have cake and open gifts. Grandma, Grandpa, Peyton, Hailey and good friend Luke joined us to celebrate. Shawn and I both worked on his special day and he stayed with the sitter. That night I vowed never to work again on one of the kid's birthdays unless they are home with Grandma. I know he had a good day and all but what the heck was I thinking not taking the day off! They are growing up too fast and before I know it they will want to spend their birthdays with their friends. I need to capitalize on spending these special days with them while I still can!!
